the SMAG Morale Survey was the need for improvements in
the area of career counseling. stated 25X1A

individual and office needs.
4. (U) Use of Excess Annual Leave Before 1 Januar 1978
Saturday, 31 December 1977, is the last day of this
"leave year." Annual leave in excess of the maximum
allowable will be lost in not used prior to 1 January 1978.
