SUBJECT: Weekly Staff Notes, 7-11 January 1985
1. FY-87 Program Call guidance for the Base and Ongoing
Initiatives was issued to all OC FAN Managers in preparation
for a meeting to resolve all outstanding issues.
2. OC's FY-87 New Initiatives were compiled and forwarded
to the DDA, in rank order, on 10 January.
3. OC's January report on the FY-85 budget has been
prepared and forwarded to the Comptroller.
4. All Division procurement schedules have been received
and copies provided to MLS/LOG.
S. The Capitalization Program's Status Report as of
31 December 1984 has been published and is in the process
of being distributed at Headquarters and overseas.
6. RAG spent the majority of the week on the FY 87-91
New Communications Services exercise. The exercise this
year is being approached in three phases: (a) cost FY-87
New Initiatives to the Directorates, (b) cost remaining
FY 87-91 requirements and (c) address those FY 85-86
requirements submitted by the Directorates.
