position on the recent OCB paper on US Employees Overseas.
All were in agreement on the general lines OTR's response
should follow. During the course of the discussion it was
pointed out that the new informal Roundtable on Area Training
was prepared to serve as a coordinating vehicle for informa-
tion and m-terial on overseas effectiveness. As was reported
in paper on the organization meeting of the Roundtable,
LAS has already offered to act as the distribution center for
all area training material.
