MURILANSK, is a seaman called ROBERT A. WOOD[VUD][ii]_who is making out that
he is a member of the subsidised Political Action Compittee[iii]. He originates
from BELORUSSIA is fair-haired, middle-aged and thin.: He collects information
about Soviet transport workers in TillE[iv] . Please see that a watch is kept
on him in Soviet ports.
