Re the attached letter from the IAG calling for nominees for
award of Creative Invention.
EO/OP and I feel that D/Pers might use the HMAB membership
to get a quick review in the Directorates of possible candidates for this
award. The IAG paper establishes a deadline of 1 March; we should
have the nominees in advance -- 26 February is suggested. If D/Pers
agrees to use the HMAB Board for this purpose, attached are copies
for distribution T u e s d a y ' s m e e t i n g , should ask for return
of nominations to D/Pers b a suggested date of 19 February.
