As a followup to my meeting of last evening with Miss Marcia MacNaughton, Professional Staff Member, Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights, I called her and advised that Agency policy regarding use of psycho- logical testing has not changed since 1966. Miss MacNaughton corrected me and asked if I was referring to personality tests on applicants or employees. I agreed with her correction without further definition. We did not discuss the effect of-the proposed legislation on the Agency's "use of personality tests. " STAT 3.
