MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. BC-200, Hycon
Manufactur Company, Pasadena, California,
Project (A JATONE )
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted
for the approval of the Project Director. Such recommenda-
tion is contained in paragraph 6.
2. Contract No. BC-200 covers the production and delivery
of the A-2 and B cameras as well as related ape" Marta xknd~

3. Amendment No. 1 provides for the contractor to train
seven (7) individuals to be furnished by th in the
maintenance and repair of the A-2 and B camera.
4. The target price for this training is $18,980.00 with
a ceiling price of $20,721.30. The contract price redetermina-
tion article provides for a 10% upward adjustment of costs only.
