DI RECT OR ., CCD : Subject: CIG Directive No. 18 1. In implementation or NIA Directive No. 7, OCD will arrange to receive and review all future agency collection directives to determine their appropriateness under the established overall policies and objectives. 2. In implementation of CIG Directive No. 18, CCD will undertake an immediate review of all outstanding agency collection directives to determine what agency directives should be rescinded or approaitely amended as provided in paragraph 3 of CIG Directive No. 18. 3. Recommendations developing from 1 and 1 above will oe supplied to ICAPS. 4. Formal communications developing from 1 and 2 above will be signed for CIG by the Director or, his Depui,y. 5. Initially, ICAPS will conduct the monthly interagency collection meetings provided i or in the CIG memorandum covering CIG Directive No, lb. OCD trill, however, participate filly therein and will prepare ana propose to MAPS agenda based on agency comment and on CCD knowledge of develop- ments in the collection field. 6.
