SUBJECT: Revised Draft
1. In light of the decision that NSCID 5 will not be revised at
this time, two revised draft DCIDs are attached for your comments. By
letting NSCID 5 stand for the time being, I trust we can eliminate much
of the confusion surrounding our discussion of the first draft DCI directive.
2. May I please have your comments not later than close of
business, 14 June 1984?
