SUBJECT Your Memo, Same Subject, dtd 19 September 1980,

1. The referent memorandum contained a request for our APEX
implementation resource requirements for the start-up year 1981
and the five year budget period 1982-1986 that are not included
in the 1982 OMB Budget Estimate. Our answer is none.
2. We plan to treat requests from other components for
support for APEX implementation in the same manner and within the
same priority system as any other requests we receive for
support.

request for estimated APEX implementation resource requirements
for the start-up year 1981 and the five year budget period 1982-
