Should you decide to negotiate a contract for development of this battery prior to FY-60, I can arrange for the assignment of a project engineer at USASRDL to assist in the technical administration of the contract. As soon as our FY-60 budget is finalized, determination will be made as to our ability to participate in the funding of this development.
