Reference is made to Contract No. RD-1 and Article 25
t1kereof entitled "NONDISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT."
In compliance with Executive Order No. 10925 of March 6, 1961,
Task Orders issued under the subject contract on or subsequent to
the above date of this Amendment shall automatically incorporate
the attached NONDISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT provisions in lieu of
the provisions of Article 25
Please indicate your acceptance by signing this and the enclosed
three copies thereof. Retain one copy for your records and return
the original and two copies to us at the earliest practicable date.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract shall
remain unchanged.
