On Jul 8 as informed by telephone that did not require a battery tap five cells up from ground on t e positive side of the battery, as previously specified. Instead, their requirements are for taps 13 and 6 cells up from ground on both sides of the battery. This change requires an additional tap on the negative side of the battery and the shifting of the 5 cell tap on the positive battery. was contacted on July 9 and agreed to the above changes. A tentative pin arrangement for the interconnecting header was agreed upon and is given below.
