(D., Ind.), called to say that Senator Ervin (D. , N. C.) had reviewed
the earlier rough draft of his proposed revisions (which were forwarded
to us on 13 August) and decided to stick with them with only minor changes
but would like to hear our comments as soon as Congress reconvenes on
