1. A yearly :X-Ras; service is available to all employees of
this Agency and is conducted on ,, rotational basis. All X-Rays
will be taken, analyzed and recorded in the Medical Division. .

2. Employees who have had a chest X- ey within the last six
months will not be eligible. This ruling dais not apply if the
employee; has been exposed to Tuberculosis during tI-iat period. Such
individuals are encouraged to report to the nursing section, Medical
Division, Central Building,, so that proper follow up can be initiated.
3 a. An advance notice of one day or more will be :given each
office or activity of CI:A, indicating, the date that X-4ay services
will be avatlablo.. The office or activity will be responsible for
the preparation of rosters, including Limo and date of appointment
for the employees desiring this service, and for scheduling them
within the limits of time, sot by the L edical Division. A copy of each
schedule must be forwarded in advance to the 1.1edical Division,
