The Director desires that all Om.ployees who wish to attend
religious services on Good Friday, 7 April 1950, be permitted to do
so, to the extent commensurate with meeting essential operational
requii ements. Supervisors will` ar;:?ange work schedules to permit the
maximum number of employees to be absent. Absence during working
hours for this purpose will be charged to annual leave.
