SUBJECT: Observance of Flag Day
In accordance with CIA those persons who plan to
Participate in the Flag Day Program anft-who can be spared without
impairing the operation of the Staff or Division concerned,, may be
excused at 3:00 PMo
AIW individual who intends to participate will first obtain the
approval of his immediate supervisor, then personally request permission
of the Staff or Division chief to be absent for the purpose of attending
these patriotic exercises on the Washington Monument Grounds.
