ee Affaires, Prague, Czechoslovakia, 'vuil , discuss the current
situation in that country at' 3:30 on Friday, September 10, M8.
2. Yr. Bruins has been assigned to Czechoslovakia since
February, 1915, and prior to that time was accredited to the
.government of Czechoslovakia in England. Mr.-Bruins -is a career
Foreign Servicd officer with 25 years service. He is at pre-
sent attending the National "gar College.,
