SUBJECT: NSA Proposal re Topic 4.4,1, 4,5,1, and New Topic 4.8,2
On the 5th of June, in addition to a review of the proposed topic
definitions for the new "intelligence" subcategory, the Committee will
consider the NSA proposals to modify the definitions of topics 4.4,1 and 4,5,1
and to create a topic 4.8.2, The NSA proposals are detailed in the final
section of the extensive memorandum distributed to members on 24 April, As in
the case of the "intelligence" subcategory, we will consider country topic
priorities at a subsequent meeting,
