The Director of Central Intelligence's title should be uniform throughout the list--e.g., SIG/FP lists him as Director, Central Intelligence. 2. Attached, please find an annotated copy of the draft SIG-I structure. a. The Deputy Director of Central Intelligence is the SIG-I's Vice Chairman. b. The National Operations Advisory Group, the Technical Countermeasures Committee, the Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Committee, and the Physical Security Committee are subordinate to the IGs; they are not IGs themselves. c. Security Council and Intelligence Information, Counterintelligence/countermeasures Implementation, Counterintelligence Working Group, and Geneva Exchange Initiatives Working Group, if they exist, are not part of the SIG-I structure. d.
