meeting to discuss conclusion of non-aggression agreement,
dual entry to UN, and cross-recognition by major powers.
Agenda also includes resumption of North-South dialogue,
prime-ministerial meetings, talks on Kumgangsan Dam project,
and P'yongyang's recent call for disarmament talks involving
both Koreas and the US. Seoul suggests holding talks in New
York or other mutually agreeable location sometime between
