1. Reference is made to your memorandum -OGC 75-2998 dated.
19 August 1975 (DDA 75-3957) advising that of 25X1A
the FBI has requested that the Agency provide the finger and
palm prints of five individuals. Fingerprints are not available
in Office of Security records on the five individuals, and the
Office of Security does not take palm prints on employees..
2. It is presumed, however,, that the fingerprints of
interest are available in FBI records and that only specific
date and place of birth information concerning the individuals
of interest is necessary for the FBI to identify the appropriate
fingerprint cards. The following is date and place of birth
information concerning the individuals considered identical to
the five cited individuals of interest to the FBI. All of the
individuals are current Agency employees.
