1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 3 to Contract
No. Hr-CT-699 between the parties hereto effective for the
period 1 November 1958 through 30 June 1960 and amends said
contract as hereinafter set forth.
2. Wherever the words "Custcmler No. 2" appear in the
Definitive Contract or Amendments Nos. 1 and 2, you are hereby
authorized to change the wording to read "Customer No. 3".
3. Paragraph (a) of PART VII - FUNDS ALLOT) is deleted
and the following is substituted therefor:
"(a) For the purposes of this contract there has
been-allotted the following amounts:

a new total consideration of $210,000.00. All other terms and
conditions, as amended, remain unchanged.
5. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 3
to Contract No. EF-CT-699 and your acceptance thereof by executing
the original and two copies of this Amendment. Return the fully
executed original and one copy of this Amendment to the undersigned
and retain the remaining copy for your files.
