1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 6 to Contract .
No. HF-CT-699 between the parties hereto effective for the period
1 November 1958 through 30 June 1960 and amends said contract, as
amended, as hereinafter set forth.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of PART V -
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE of the Schedule, the period of performance
of the contract is hereby extended for the period 1 July 1960
through . August 1960.
V/ In accordance with PART VI - ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRICING
FORMULA of the Schedule, the parties hereto have negotiated and
agreed to the following Pricing Formulas for the periods indicated:
APPENDIX II - Period 1 July 1959 through 31 December 1959
APPENDIX III - Period 1 January 1960 through 30 June 1960
APPENDIX IV - Period 1 July 1960 through August 1960.

4. Paragraph (a) of PART VII - FUNDS ALLOTT D, as amended, of
the Schedule is deleted and the following is substituted therefor:

5. The changes in Paragraph 4, above, reflect the total of all
Priced Exhibits received for the period ending 30 June 1959 and
result in a net decrease of $15.86 for Customer No. 1 and a net in-
crease of $1,744.99 for Customer No, 3, All other terms, conditions
and requirements of Contract No. HF-CT-699, as amended, remain
unchanged.
6. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 6to
Contract No. -W-CT-699 and your acceptance thereof by executing the
original and two copies hereof. Return the fully executed original
and one copy to the undersignedo and retain the remaining copy for
your files.
