It is a 96mpage document of specifications of equipment and commodities to be shipped to the USSR by Hungary as repa-. rations during 19115. 112 specifications are listed, each'of which con- . taans detailed descriptions of the items or commodities to be shipped. /he covering transmittal report by Army Attache incorrectly de- scribes the document as one "dealing with electric power information on Hungaryf.7 For additional information, see ACC Report from Budapest R-83-47, ID #11.06350 dated 26 Aug 19Li.7 which contains another copy of the speci- ficati.ons (untranslated) as well as a translation of the reparations agreement, delivery schedules, and a list of equipment and commodities to be delivered with amounts and monelary values. Specific Lion No 1 Complete equipment of the Hatvan electric power plant with trans formers, la b~ratories, and technical documentation. The equipment in- cludes six steam boilers of 65 atmospheric pressure and 56-70 tons of steam output per hour each and three 3L.,000 kw and one 5,500 kw turbo- generators. Requirements include all equipment located within;- 'or outside of the power plant. Delivery must be allinclusive in all details to as- sure reassembly and operation of the power plant at full efficiency as a complete single unit. Specification No 2 Complete equipment of the Ajka electric power plant.
