Configuration A-2 and FLINT system 1 with S-band d. Pilot was e. Aircraft departed WWeisbaden at 0404Z f. Aircraft landed Weisbaden at 1035Z g. Significant observations: one contrail sighted near Turnisor parallel to course at approximately 35,000 - 40,800 ft Very few aircraft sighted on ground. Two large parallel runways sighted at Grossen. Runway on the west west direction approximately 8,000 10,000 feet long. At Bresor grass strip, hangar and six aircraft sighted. Ianca - sighted 5,500 ft runway running east west . N o , repeat no, hard top parking facilities seen. Krakow - construction in conjunction with airfield appeared to be a new highway netword which passes through south portion of town. Southeast of Sacz a reservoir was sighted approximate'size 2 x 5 miles. Arad sighted a new built up area approximately 2 miles square located northwest side of town. Constanta appeared longer than indicated on chart. Four large shipping docks with no, repeat no, shipping observed. h. Following deviations made from planned route: Turn 11 minutesearly at check point kilo and passed over the city of ?3udapest. After passing Budapest corrected to the right. i.
