in Mind-Control Suit
The Central Intelligence Agency
argues that more harm than good
would result from disclosure of the
names of university researchers in-
volved in mind-control experiments
financed by the agency in the 1950's
and 1960's.
In response to a suit filed last year,
by John Cary Sims, a lawyer for
Ralph Nader 's Public Citizen Litiga-
tion Group, U. S. District Judge
Louis Oberdorfer ordered the C-1-A.
to release names of researchers in-
