Assistant Secretary Enders has expressed an interest in
coordinated intelligence community assessment on the near to
medium term pr spects,for the Pinochet government. He?would
ike the study to take into account the liklihood that the US
ill extend ce tification to Argentine in the near future, but
4ill probably elay certification for Chile.
