MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT Use of Executive Dining Room Facilities for Meals Served
in Other Areas
1. I checked with I on 4 November and again today
on the past use and estimated frequency of use of the Executive Dining
Room facilities for meals served in other areas. Oresponded that
the food warmer cart was available for the first time last Friday, on which
day a luncheon was held in the DD/P suite. He indicated that this arrange-
ment worked well; they had no problems in delivering the food, cleaning up,
etc. The next scheduled luncheon in the DD/P suite is 14 November 1966.
Foreign guests are expected. Regarding future use,_stimated,
based on statements given to him by DD/P officers, t .hat the suite probably
would be used for luncheons about twice weekly.
2. Serving of meals in the DD/P suite prior to 4 November was,
he said, very infrequent because of the problem of carrying food without
the warmer.
