This memorandum is for your information only and is a periodic progress report as requested by reference. 2. The scheme for the proposed operation of the 2 - 2000 I emergency generators in parallel with the cownercial power sources has been reviewed by VEPCO EnGineers. A meeting is scheduled for `i' September 1966, between VEPCO, General Electric, and CIA. En? inee ss to formalize the control scheme. General Electric will then proce d to install the necessary relays and equipment. 3. The Engineering Staff, Office of Conriunications, is still reviewing our preliminary feasibility study for modifications to the uninterrupted power supply at the Headquarters building.
