in the central and eastern sections.

Cloudy and comparatively warm throughout Bulgaria. Light rain ir, western
Eulgaria. Light winds. Temperature at 0800 hours, 8-10 degrees (all degrees
centigrade).
16 November
Cloudy throughout Bulgaria. Rain in eas, rn Bulgaria. Mist in valleys.
Moderate westerly winds.
1.7 November
Cloudy in the Thracian Plain, central Bulgaria, and along the Black Sea
coast. Mostly sunny in other parts of Bulgaria. Light variable winds. Tem-
perature at 0800 hours, 5-8 degrees; minus 3 degrees on Cherni Vrukh; minus
6 degrees on Botev Vrukh.
Cloudy throughout Bulgaria. Morning fog in areas along the Danube, the
Black Sea coast, and in valleys. Light variable winds. Temperature at 0800
hours, 2-10 degrees.
