Sunny and slightly cloudy in the morning in northern and southwestern Bulgaria;
cloudy in southern Bulgaria; sunny in the afternoon with clouds near the mountaino.
Moderate southeasterly winds. Temperatures at 1400 hours, 22-25 degrees (all
degrees centigrade); in Ruse, 27 degrees; along the Black Sea coast, up to 21
agrees; on Stalin Mountain, 6 degrees; and on Cherni Vrukh, minus 1l degrees.

Decreasing cloLliness, and clearing during the night. Morning fog in valleys,
on the Blach Sea coast, and on the Danube. Cloud strata, especially in some
parts of the Thracian plain and along the Black Sea coast. Sunny during th., day
with few cumulus clouds on mountains. Moderate easterly winds. Minimum tempera-
tures, 12-15 degrees; up to 9 degrees in valleys. Maximum temperatures, 24-28
