Changes in state planning and light industry ministries reflect efforts to improve 13 February In meeting with local and foreign press in P'yongyang, Lib- yan envoy Mohammed Omar Baruni refers to explosions in Vienna and Rome airports and interception of Libyan airliner by Israel and blames US for current tension in region. 18-21 February A delegation of the North Korean Olympic Committee, headed by its chairman, Kim Yu-san, visits China. Delegation pays courtesy calls on Prime Minister Prem Tinsulanonda and Deputy Prime Minister Bhichai Rattakul. The official visit is aimed at consolidating friendly ties, especially trade ties, between Thailand and 20 February Lesotho informs South Korea of its decision to resume dip- lomatic relations after a three year "suspension." Comment: This follows a major setback for North Korea in Lesotho. North Korean military advisers had been training supporters of the Prime Minister, who was ousted in a coup in January.
