Information Control Committee on August 15, I wistx to

has served in this capacity since October :,
1964. During this period, he represented the Central
Intelligence Agency creditably. As a member of a number
of USMICC teams sent abroad on sensitive missions, he was
always discreet and a hard worker. He contributed substan-
tially to the success of taese missions. As the Committee's
usual contact with the Agency, he has been very helpful in
providing information and advice on matters coming before
it.
