Attached is a memorandum nominating two
individuals for the Career Education Awards sponsored
by the National Institute of Public Affairs. All
components were canvassed to obtain nominations.
Except for the Support Career Service, all replies
were negative.
NIPA awards afford the recipient a year of group
graduate-level study at one of seven participating
universities. The Support Directorate has been
fortunate in having three of four Agency winners in
the past two years.
Profiles on our nominees are also attached.
