The following enterprises of the ministry of Light Industry fulfilled
the s-tcond-quarter 1950 plan: silk-winding factory and Sewing Factory No 2;
the plan was not met by Sewing Fac'cory No 1, knitting factory, spinning fac-
tory, and Lubtrest (Bast Trust). The required assortment of goods was not
produced by the Leninabad Silk Combine, "Krasnyy tkach" Factory, shoe fac-
tories No 1 and No 2, and the leather plant.
The following enterprises of the Ministry of Cotton Growing fulfilled
the second-quarter plan: Proletarek, Stalinabad, Uyalinskiy, and Shaartuz

The following enterprises of the Ministry of Food Industry completed
the second-quarter plan: Leninabad, Isfara,

Brewery. The following enterprises met the gross-production plan but failed
to produce the required assortment of goods: Chkalov and Chepturinskiy can-
neries, Kurgan-Tyube, Kulyab, Regar aad Leninabad oil plants, Kulyab Bake:-y,
Stalinabad and Ganchinskiy wineries, and Leninabad Glass Jar Plant. The plan
was not met by the Shaartuz, Kirovabad and Parkhar oil plants, Stalinabad
Soap Plant, the mechanized bakery, Ura-Tube and Leninabad bakeries, Kurgan-
Tyube Grain Mill, Ura-Tyube and Pendzhikeut wineries, and Isfara Alcohol
Plant.
The Stalinabad Canning Combine of the Ministry of Meat and Dairy In-
dustry fulfilled the second-quarter production plan. The following enter-
prises of the same ministry net the gross-production plan but failed Kul-
yab the planned assortment of goods: Stalinabad City Dairy,
yab and Garm ablest meat and dairy trusts. The Leninabad, Stalinabad, and
Khorog oblast meat and dairy trusts failed to meet the production plan.
The following enterprises of the Main Administration of Construction
Materials Industry completed the second-quarter plan: Stalinabad Brick
Plant, ital?.nabad Construction Materials Plant, Vakhsh Construction Materi-
als Combine, and Administration of Stalinabad Quarries. The Stalinabad
Tile Plan did not produce the planned assortment of goods. The Proletssrsk
Brick Plant and Isfara Construction Materials Plant failed to meet the plan.
Under the Ministry of Local Industry, the. Isfara Mine and the scale
repair shops fulfilled the second-quarter plan. The woodworking plant and
the sewing and knitting factory failed to produce the required assortment.
The plan was not completed by Ziddinskaya Mine, "Metalloshirpotreb" Plant.
Gissar Brick Plant, and Ordzhonikidzeabad Tile Plant.
Fulfillment of the second-quarter 1950 plan for production of chief
types of goods and the change in volume of production as compared with the
