Who'll who in the
Administration
Reagan
Appointees to the new cabinet and White House staff
will be doubly important in a regime in which
the President is expected to delegate enormous power.
Ronald Reagan's roster of cabinet
secretaries and senior White House
staff will be a blend of longtime Cali-
fornia advisers and veterans of the Nix-
on and Ford administrations.
Although the President-elect is only
beginning to consider candidates for
executive posts, he has made clear that
anyone he chooses must abide by his
philosophy of less government and a
stronger military posture.
William J. Casey. Manager of the
Reagan presidential campaign, Casey,
67, is being mentioned as a potential
director of the Central Intelligence
Agency. He has extensive experience
in Washington, having served as chair-
man of the Securities and Exchange
Commission and as head of the Export-
Import Bank.
