Hcwever those who are sufficiently indoctrinated may be assigned duties prior to the com- pletion of a year's study.. The institute in Ch'engtu opened on 1 June under the supervision of LI fling ag),, a section chief of the Commission of the Affairs of Nationalltieo in Peiping.
