On 3 July 2,400 prisoners released by the Central Ywangtung Coi issionerse Office on 30 June and 1 July were sent via water from Chiangmen (113-06, 2234) to Sanehui (112-54, 23-08) from where they will be sent northward by train. Central Kvantung authorities state that they are being given a chance to redeem themselves for past misdeeds by doing hard labor. 3. About 3.300 starving people were sent forcibly to exploit tungsten mines in Tayu (11419, 25-30) from the following heien: Yingte (113.-21. 24-12)?
