organized Into a Pacification Committee. On the same day, TSNG Sheng
( ! ) and CH: Shao-k1 ang ($ g - - , ). Communist Secret " ry for the
Pearl River area, assembled a reorga,niza ion committee in ShihchOi (113-22,
22.30) . Chungehan Wen (113-36, 22-22). The chairman was Y .~1 Shang-min
Communist Commissioner in that area; LU Man ( ; -) and
LO Fend;-hsiang )# ) were the de!uty chairmen.
It was decided at the meeting that CR T Kang ( I) and. CHOU Hart-ling
(I 4/0, followers of LU Man, would be sent to Hong Kong and. Macao
