by the interest shown by Tietjen who also used your name in this
regard. Prior to Tietjen's arrival they seemed to be downcast and
seemed to feel a lack of Agency interest in their plight, They seemed
to look favorably on some sort of financial agreement which will
provide about~n trust fund for the child's schooling. This will
be subject to legal negotiations and Larry Houston will take it from
here,

has written DCI expressing deep appreciation for the Senior Seminar's
day-long visit with us, The members of the Seminar considered the
lectures and discussions presented by you and other senior members
of the Agency to be "an excellent means of understanding the role of
intelligence. "
