DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED BY DIA IN FURNISHING SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXPORT ORDERS
DIA its position known regarding the order of 6 December 1951 under which a
general contract system was introduced for deliveries by people-owned -1-mad3m and
similar enterprises (Legal Gazette Number 147/51, p. 1141). By citing the ddd2ixmbm

system can be applied to exports only if export agreements can be concluded far enough

To cite a typical comment made by DIA on x export items:
Plan item 23 14 000 (pneumatic tools, rotating tools, spray-painting units, etc.)
and 23 16 000 (stamping and pressing tools, dies, etc.): The DIA cannot conclude any
contracts for these items mi with the people-owned enterprises since the blueprints are
supplied by the purchasers at the time the orders are placed.
