phoned me concerning his memo of 29 September
1971
and asked me to add a few more remarks to clarify his intent.
He asked that I add the.following sentence to specify that onl
the list is to be declassified and that the documents remain classified:
As indicated in our previous instructions, the documents themselves
remain classified but we will review the documents individually
for declassification upon request for their particular utilization.
