MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
On the afternoon of 3 July 1975, I received a telephone
call from on H. Knoche's Staff regarding a request
from Senator Church for access to CIA documents included in
the White House papers submitted to NARS for the JFK Library.
asked if we knew what Agency papers would be involved
and what should be done about the request. I reviewed Chief,
Information Systems Anal sis Staff's file on Presidential
Libraries, spoke with and then called asking
to see Senator Church's request. Since office was in
the process of moving to 6D-0120, we were unable to get together.
I called on 7 July and was told that he had contacted
someone on the National Security Council who was preparing an
"Executive" response. If further assistance on our part is
required, will contact us. is on extension
