200 TRACTORS ABOVE QUOTA -- Warsaw, Folks-Sztyme, 2 Apr 53
On 31 March 1953, the workers' collective of the "Ursua" machine-chop
plants agreed to exceed its daily, 10-day, and monthly production quotas. As
a result of this agreement, the "Ursus" workers' collective intends to pro-
duce 200 tractors above quota during this year. To guarantee the completion
of the work in the assembly division, the collectives have promised to fulfill
the yearly production of tractor parts in the machine-shop division one month
before the deadline. The "Ursus" workers' collective is determined to exceed
the April quota by 25 tractors.
To supply the "Ursus" machine-shop plants with more coal which is needed
for its increased tractor production, the workers' collective of the "Mieshko"
coal mines agreed to meet its yearly production quota by 2I+ December .1953, and
from that date until the end of the year, it pledged to produce 7,900 tons of
coal above the quota.
