Billeting area of two wooden canton- ment buildings, 2. Billeting area of two wooden can- tonment buildings. Barracks in- stallation of two four-story buildings, one long secondary building, and an entrance with a gateway, CONFIDENTIAL Location Not specified. Southeastern perimeter of the city, near a brickyard, north of the southeast- bound thorough- fare. South of the city, about 700 meters southwest of Plant No. 19, West of the city, Occupation Seat of the commanding officer of the post headquarters, Major General Chernigov (fnu). Soldiers wearing black epaulets mounting NO-315., and others wearing red- bordered epaulets mounting No.178 It, were observed in the building, Occupied by about 100 soldiers wearing black-bordered red epaulets mounting No. 62 K. Occupied by about 150 men wearing the same service color and N0.33 K. Occupied by an engineer unit the size of a battalion. The soldiers wore black- bordered black epaulets.
