1. Two 120-axle trains of heavy-duty cars passed through Frankfurt/
Oder toward Brest Litovsk, one on 16 and one on 17 December 1950.
2. Two military trains passed through Fra fort/Oder on 17 and 13
December l coming from Brest Litovsk.
. The train observed on 50X1-HUM
18 December carried_172-mm artillery pieces and motor vehicles,
50X1-HUM
he number of trains on the Brest Litovsk-Frankfurt/Oder line in
both directions has been doubled to a daily total of 16 to 18
trains,
4. The 11alascewice marshaling yard in the Brest Litovsk area, which
is the railhead of Soviet wide-gauge tracks, would allegedly be
ready for operation within three or four weeks.
The bridge across the Bug River carried a standard-gauge and a
wide-gauge track.
The personnel of the locomotive columns in Frankfurt/Oder were
restricted to quarters. It was r d that deactivated columns
