The Kharkov Road Machinery Plant has completed a new two-axle wagon for
the builders of the Kuybyshevskaya GES. Designated the D-258, it is designed
to move excavated earth. It has F_ capacity of 15 cubic meters, is 9.5 meters
long, and is designed to be towed oy an S-80 tractor.
The Tbilisi Gruzsel'elektro Plant has established production of special
sliding scrapers for leveling out areas around irrigation canals. A large
group of the scrapers has been sent to WS centers in the southern Caucdsus
Mountains and in the Dagestanskaya ASSR. Other scrapers produced by the plant
are in use in several areas of the Georgian SSR.
SEND 153 BULLDOZERS -- Moscow, Izvestiya, 23 Sep 52
The Uglich Machinery Plant has sent the builders of the Volga-Don Canal
153 bulldozers. Recently, it pledged to turn out a minimum of 70 tons of
spare parts for earth-moving machines for the Kuybyshevskaye and Stalingrad-
skaya GES projects.
SHIP OUT DITCHING MACHINES -- Petrozavodsk, Leninskoye Znamya, 13 Dec 52
The Minsk Udarnik Plant has just shipped a consignment of KM-800 ditch-
ing machines to MTS centers in Omskaya and Tomakayn Oblasts. The plant is.
establishing production of some new earth moving machines.

The Minsk Udarnik Plant has sent some KM-800 canal-digging machines to
the Udmurtskaya ASSR, and to the Tuvinskaya Autonomov. Oblast.
CONTRIBUTE BULLDOZERS, SCRAPERS -- Moscow, Izvestiya, 26 Dec 52
The Chelyabinsk Road Machinery Plant imeni Kolyushchenko has completed
its quota for supply of equipment to the great construction projects. During
1952, the plant sent more than 50 heavy bulldozers and.scrapers to the Kuyby-
shevskaya GES project, and 75 machines to the builders of the Stalingradekaya
GES and the Main Turkmen Canal.
The plant is now completing the assembly of 15 bulldozers, slated for the
Kuybyshevskaya GES project on the 1953 order.
