An Area located on Strada Dealul Spirei in Bucharest, which was formerly
occupied by the Arsenal, has been cleared and leveled since February
1952. Several wooden barracks were erected on the site and very large
quantities of cement and bricks were deposited there. It will reportedly
be the location of anti--aircraft batteries, underground shelters.., and ammu-
