The productivity of workers in the main mining skills is still lagging behind the prewar,level. Labor productivity of loaders is only 81 percent of the 1940 level. and only 97 percent for workers in the stopes. An extremely large number of miners are not meeting their technical nozms. The utilization of machinery in the majority of mines is far 'from satisfactory.
